CONSIDER YOUR WAYS

The way you condemn, criticize, and dog (in other words stand in judgement of) someone else in their station or situation in life, is the same way that you will be condemned,  criticized,  and dogged (in another word, judged) when you find yourself in the same or similar place in life.

While you are up, don't gossip and frown upon another who is down, because if the roles reverse, as they sometimes do, you will experience the same measure of gossip and 'hate' that you dealt out.  And it won't be from the one you dealt it to, because they know what it is like to be in your shoes and will have a level of compassion for your situation.   But you will feel it from some source as a consequence of your past actions.

So if you find yourself in a new station in your life, and you are feeling the heat of  condemnation, criticism, or just being dogged out about where you are, consider your ways.  Were you the same way towards others in a similar situation in your past? If so, apologize if at all possible, and then forgive yourself.  After that, reach a level of compassion through these new experiences so that your new reaction to anyone's life situations will no longer come from a place of judgement or condemnation,  but hopefully it will cause you to pray for that person or group of people to make it through and come out better than they were before.

'Judge not, that ye may not be judged, for in what judgement ye judge, ye shall be judged,  and in what measure ye measure,  it shall be measured to you.' Matt. 7:1-2 Young's Literal Translation

Did you know?

Did you know that at this very moment God loves you? Yes, you! And His love NEVER CHANGES!  Now how many people in your life can you say that about?  No matter what you did to mess up 10 years ago, God still loves you! No matter how you fell short last night, God still loves you!  No matter if you're involved in a mess right now, God's love for you has not changed. God loves you! God loves you! God loves you!!!! Don't let anyone or any situation convince you of anything other than the truth that God loves you!!!!!  I love God's unfailing,  unshakable,  irrevocable,  unwavering,  unconditional love for me! Thank You God Almighty for Your love for us!!!!!!

Shalom

Another revelation of Jesus

While I was making dinner, the Holy Spirit revealed to me something that was so obvious that I overlooked it's importance for most of my life.  He revealed to me that everything Jesus did in the bible, He did as a regular man, not as God.  Wow....simple and never hidden fact blew me away and made me say, 'well why am I not doing more?'  Jesus healed the sick, raised the dead, and cast out demons as human as I am and then He said 'greater works shall we do.'  Guess I gotta get busy....I'm starting 4 years behind :-)

Shalom!!!!

When trouble comes

How does God know that He can trust you with that great thing that you have been seeking Him for?  You say in your heart, 'Lord I'm ready for it.  I have prepared, I've studied, I've positioned myself around all the right people, and it's time for me to walk in the great purpose that You have created me for.'  All that is good, but how do you handle trouble?

You are proven by the way you operate when trouble comes.  In the book of Job, God allowed him to go through great trouble and pain.  Not because he had sinned, for the Lord Himself bragged about how righteous Job was, but because He wanted even more for Job and for Job to know Him in a greater way.  Through all that Job went through, he did not sin and more importantly he did not blame or get angry with God!  In the end Job had a more intimate relationship with the Father and God restored him to double his former prosperity. Wow!

So I say to you, take a look at the way you handle trouble.  If God can trust you to still praise Him, to still worship Him, and to love Him even more while in the midst of your trouble, He will know that you won't forget Him when your breakthrough comes and that you will honor Him with all that He blesses you with. And in the words of Bishop Eddie L. Long, 'When you find yourself in hell, don't walk, RUN!!!! Learn whatever lesson you need to learn and get out of there quickly.'

Luke 16:10 He who is faithful in the least, is also faithful in much; and he who in the least is unrighteous,  is also unrighteous in much.
